animals and to regulate the harbouring of animals a bylaw to regulate the parking of trailers, other than semi-trailers, on public highways town highlights town office regular hours monday to friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. -custom work rates are set at $200.00/hour for the patrol and $150.00/hour for the tractor/loader. furthermore, effective january 1st, 2015, a custom work rate of $75.00/hour for mowing, spraying and use of miscellaneous equipment and manpower will be instituted. -there will now be a $25.00 fee for nsf cheques. -campground fees are set at $10/night plus gst. -the town office now has a debit machine. customers can use their debit card without any fees. 2018 business licenses are due. anyone operating a business from other than a commercial property within town limits is required to obtain a business license. contact the town office for more details. on-line banking royal bank, bank of montreal, td canada trust and most credit union customerscan now pay their town of delisle property taxes or water and sewer bills on-line. for property taxes, your 7 digit roll # (eg. 0100 000) will be required when enrolling. your 8 digit account # (eg. 0100 0000) will be required for water and sewer payments. please check your invoices for these roll/account numbers or contact the town office for assistance. canada 150 mosaic the mural was a huge sucess and the end creation is amazing. to see the mural click on the link. canada150mosiac community living the town of delisle now has a permanent community living bin located at the back of the town office (northeast corner). clothing items, shoes, boots, jackets, towels and bedding linens are accepted in the bin. these items are collected by community living and then sold. the money raised goes to fund support for people with intellectual disabilities in saskatchewan. if a person has household goods, large amounts of bagged or boxed items or has difficulties getting out and about, you can schedule a pickup at your fire response insurance coverage effective january 1st, 2016, any fire response to a private residence/lot or commercial building/lot will have the cost of the fire response billed to the property owner receiving the service. if the billing remains unpaid, the cost will eventually be added to the property taxes. to avoid being responsible for these charges, please check with your insurance provider to make sure you have insurance coverage for fire response. current minimum billing for fire response is $1,500. in the past, these charges were absorbed by the town of delisle. larry link of link’s backhoe and skid steer service – is accepting compostable items at his materials handling yard, weather and road conditions permitting. later this spring the town of delisle will continue to collect resident’s yard waste items on scheduled days in the 17 gallon plastic or metal can. these materials will be hauled to the link farm and will be processed into compost. this nutrient rich product will be made available as a garden soil and topsoil amendment. some items that cannot be accepted for composting include elm wood or garbage of any kind so please remove all plastic, metal,
